Hi, I’m Bev, a personal trainer based in Chorley, Lancashire.

I specialise in women’s fitness and pregnancy & postnatal exercise.

Fitness isn’t just about weight loss. We need to be fit and strong to take part in LIFE. To be able to say YES to all the things we want to do without worrying if we’re capable enough.

Women’s bodies go through lots of changes from pre-natal to post-menopause which can challenge us both physically and emotionally. I really believe that movement and exercise is the best medicine to support us through these times.

My aim is to help women to be their strongest and healthiest selves, feeling confident and amazing, living a happier life doing all the activities that they love.
