A 12 week programme to help you reconnect and strengthen your core and pelvic floor.

Your postnatal body is different than it was pre-pregnancy and unfortunately it doesn’t just spring back to what it was, it needs some help so take a little time to look after yourself and re-build your strength from the inside.

Maybe you’ve been postnatal for a few years or more and still feel weak in your core and pelvic floor. It’s never too late to do something about it!

In this programme, whether you’re newly postnatal or 20 years postnatal, you will learn how build a strong foundation and have confidence in your core and pelvic floor so you can get back to doing the activities that you love.

Who is it suitable for?

All women who have been advised to strengthen their core and pelvic floor but don’t know where to start.

Postnatal mums who want to build a strong foundation to prepare their body for returning to exercising again *

Postnatal mums who have a mild prolapse or diastasis and want to re-build their strength *

Women who have the occasional leak when running, jumping, laughing or sneezing and want to exercise confidently again.

(* you need to have been cleared to exercise by your GP)
