1:1 Personal Training
I work with a small number of clients one to one in my private home studio in Chorley, Lancashire.
Session times are 9am, 10.15am and 11.30am, Monday to Thursday. Contact me here if you would like to know my current availability.
1:1 training is completely bespoke so following a detailed movement assessment I will plan your programme to match your needs and ability.
We will start with the basics - building you a strong foundation, learning how to move well and creating stability so you have the right base to progress your training.
A typical session may include a combination of full body movements using body weight and weights to build lean muscle and get you stronger, as well as some conditioning and mobility for all round health and fitness.
Every woman deserves to feel great and I will work with you each step of the way to get you where you want to be.
What is included?
A full movement assessment
1 hour weekly training session in my private studio
Nutrition advice
Exercise programme for at home or the gym
Support in-between sessions to keep you motivated and on track
Regular reviews to track your progress
What is the cost?
A 3-month minimum commitment is required.
It takes time for your body to adapt and you may need longer than 3 months, but this initial period will give you the time you need to build a strong foundation and progress your training enough to see results.
Prices start at £399 for the initial 3 months (a monthly instalment option is available for £150 per month for 3 months).
